Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC)

Clients with an eligible chronic condition can go to their GP and get a care plan for 5 medicare rebated sessions per year with any registered allied health professional. Speak to your GP to check if you are eligible. The medicare rebate is $61.30. We do not bulk bill, therefore you will pay the full cost of the consult, and then get refunded the rebate from medicare once the claim is lodged and processed. Please ensure you have the relevant documentation from your GP prior to your appointment and bring it with you or have them send it to us via email.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things change. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment, so that we can help another client in need. Please be aware a missed appointment will forfeit 100% of the appointment fee, a late cancellation within 48hrs 50% of the appointment fee will be forfeited unless there are extenuating circumstances.

  • Free unlimited parking is available in the car park at the back of the hospital.

  • Suite 2 is almost the last suite from the car park entry, and there is a ramp up the slope from the carpark to the entrance, next to the WPRS suite.

  • Bring any referrals or scans, your concession card, your health insurance card & wear comfortable loose clothing/shoes if possible. We love to exercise!

  • We have a COVID-Safe Business plan. Please do not attend if you are unwell with any infectious disease, or are a close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
