This is for you if...
It's your first baby and you want to walk in prepared instead of hoping for the best.
You've given birth before and want to approach this one with more knowledge and more options.
You're doing the exercises but nobody has ever shown you correct technique.
Your physio, in your pocket
I'm Chloe, a women's health physiotherapist. I kept meeting women who were never taught how to prepare their bodies for birth. Not because the knowledge doesn't exist, but because nobody had walked them through it.
So I built this program: simple, evidence-based tools, taught the way I'd teach you in my clinic room.
Chloe Burger, BBiomed, DPT, GCert Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Registered physiotherapist.
Before you join
When should I join?
Any stage of pregnancy, even pre-pregnancy planning. Earlier means more time to practise, but everything can be applied straight away whenever you start.
I'm past 34 weeks. Is it too late?
No. It's never too late for the education, and techniques can be implemented straight away to make the most of your remaining weeks.
I'm planning a caesarean. Is it still relevant?
Yes. Pelvic floor preparation and recovery planning matter for caesarean births too, and the program covers recovery for both birth types.
Is this medical advice?
No, it's general education. Always chat to your own healthcare team about your individual circumstances.
The Lady Physio Birth Prep is general education and not a substitute for individual advice from your healthcare provider. Every pregnancy and birth is different.
